Bertrand Roche is a French-born American author with a lifelong passion for medicine, history, and storytelling. He graduated from the School of Medicine in Angers, France, before continuing his medical training in the United States, where he completed his residency in Family Medicine in Buffalo, New York.

Since 1976, he has been practicing Family Medicine in Western New York, dedicating decades to caring for his community and building a career grounded in knowledge, compassion, and experience.


Beyond medicine, Bertrand has always been drawn to intellectual and creative pursuits. He enjoys reading, traveling, and staying active through golf and tennis. In recent years, he has turned his attention to writing, bringing his deep interest in history to life through thoughtful and engaging storytelling.

 

His work reflects a unique perspective shaped by both European heritage and American experience, offering readers stories that are as insightful as they are compelling.
